  • Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks
  • Maturing: 6 months in second use oak barrels of 225 Liters
  • Alcohol content: 14%
  • Serving temperature: 12-18°C
  • Altitude: The vines are located 900 meters above sea levels. They are hand picked and sorted on the spot.
  • Yield: The average yield per vine doesn’t exceed 2 kilograms. The majority of our vines stretch over ancient terraced slopes and enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year.
  • Talking points: Sobbaghie is a Lebanese grape.

Solandia Nero d'Avola, Nero d’Avola is a grape variety native to Sicily. With its dark, ripe-berried fruit and a hint of liquorice and vanilla spice, it shows a similarity in style to Shiraz. This wonderful red Wine from Solandia is grown in Sicilia. This wine is exclusive to Matthew Clark, you won't find it at multiple retailers. Available in 75cl bottles, supplied by GIV Grouppo Italiano Vini. Solandia Nero d'Avola, Terre Siciliane is a delighful wine, made from Nero D'Avola grapes. This screwcap wine is available to order online today. A fine choice for pasta, roasted or grilled lamb and mushroom dishes.

A premium wine from a Noble Grape, deep purple, matured in French Oak barrique for 10 months then left to refine in our ideal cellars at 15C. This wine is characterized by its rich plum, cherry flavors, bright nose of herby and spicy bouquet.

On the palate: it shows mouth filling fruit and a long smooth finish.
