Wine description Princely, refined and of immense elegance. Vinified with a blend of grapes composed of        34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc, 20% Petit Verdot.

The harvest, as per the tradition of Tenuta Ornellaia, took place by hand in 15 kg boxes and the bunches were selected on a double sorting table before and after destemming and subjected to a soft crushing at the end. Each variety and parcel was vinified separately. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at temperatures between 26-30 ºC for a week followed by maceration for a total of about 10-15 days. The malolactic fermentation took place mainly in oak barrels (70% new and 30% second pass). The wine remained in barriques in the Ornellaia cellar at controlled temperature for a period of about 18 months. After the first 12 months it was assembled and then reintroduced in barriques where he spent another 6 months. The wine remains in the bottle for another 12 months before being placed on the market.

Characteristics of Bolgheri Superiore Ornellaia wine At the organoleptic examination it has a deep ruby red color, of wonderful luster and luxury. The aroma persuades with intense and fine sensations of red fruit, with an elegant spiciness and mushroom and bark. The taste in the mouth is balanced, broad, round, with velvety tannins and an alcoholic structure that reveals a great aging capacity. A generous Ornellaia in this year, persistent and mineral, with a long finish played on fruity and spicy notes.

Recommended pairings tasting Ornellaia Bolgheri SuperioreBolgheri Superiore DOC “Ornellaia” from the infamous winery Tenuta Ornellaia Tuscany, is magically accompanied by dishes based on game or red meat. Sublime also with refined risottos and important cheeses.

The ideal serving temperature is 16°-18°C.

It should be poured into a large glass that allows the wine to oxygenate.

Armagnac Saint Vivant is a brandy with a very special, very aromatic flavour. The Armagnac was the first French schnapps and is said to be more than 700 years old. For this reason, it is considered the oldest distillate in Europe. The Saint Vivant will explain it to you through its excellent taste that will lead you to savour a piece of history.

TASTING NOTE:

Color: Has an attractive amber colour with mahogany hues.

Smell: Exquisite aromas of prunes mixed with vanilla, caramel, violets and some spicy notes.

Taste: It has a complex entry due to its dense texture and aromatic character. On the palate: the power of alcohol is felt intertwined with caramelized fruit essences, which are rounded off with notes of leather, wood and tobacco.

PRODUCER: Saint Vivant.

Winery located in the French commune of Condom, in the department of Gers. In 1975 it was acquired by the La Martiniquaise group of companies.

COUNTRY: France.

ELABORATION DETAILS: This magnificent Armagnac comes from the distillation of wines made with different varietals of white grapes from the region of Gascony, among which are Ugni Blanche, Baco and Folle Blanche.

The fruits are fermented and then distilled in traditional copper stills. Finally, the liqueur is left to mature for a year in French oak barrels. The entire production process takes place in the commune of Condom-en-Armagnac, located in the southwest of France, which has had the Bas-Armagnac designation of origin since 1936 to make this content-type of liqueur. Another peculiarity of this distillate is its incredible presentation of the traditional bottle with a sloping neck.

JP. Chenet Medium Sweet Red, delicious aromas of red fruit - redcurrant and raspberry. This is a perfect wine to pair with hearty casseroles of red meat and spicy dishes.

TASTE Smooth and fruity reds are medium-bodied or full-bodied wines that often have a trace of sweetness. Soft fruitiness is a typical characteristic of these wines. You can discern notes of ripe or dried fruits and delicate spiciness in these wines. With low or medium tannins, they are also suitable for those with a sensitive mouth.

TIPS FOR USE These versatile players of the red wine world are ideal for socialising and buffet tables. Try with sweet-and-sour pork stew, Thai chicken curry or spicy sausages, such as chorizo or salami.

HOW TO SERVE Red wines are best served slightly below room temperature, at 16–18°C. Chilling a bottle from room temperature to the perfect serving temperature takes about half an hour in a fridge.

A bright pale yellow color with green highlights, with a stream of many fine bubbles. Intense with notes of  tropical fruits and citrus. Creamy and smooth, very pleasant and well balanced.

"Chateau du Pin" Blanc, 2013 - dry wine with fruity notes in the flavor and aroma. Its blend dominated by Sauvignon Blanc grapes (60%), harmoniously complemented variety Semillon (40%).

Harvest for wine production is collected at the Chateau du Pin, located in the commune of Saint-Martial, near the town of Kadiyyak, south of Bordeaux. The local oceanic climate is characterized by high humidity, due to the influence of the Atlantic Ocean and two rivers washing the region - the Garonne and the Dordogne. The composition of the soil - clay and limestone. The wine is kept in special large oak barrels in the cellars of Borie-Manoux for five months. This is a very pleasant, easy-drinking wine has good value for money.

Tasting Notes:

Color : Wine bright golden-yellow color with greenish highlights.

Taste :Taste wines expressive, fresh and balanced, with fruity notes, which are dominated by notes of peach, pleasant acidity and a long refreshing finish. Aroma Bouquet of the wine opens with fresh aromas of white fruits, citrus tones, notes of honeysuckle flowers.
