These salty soils give the wine a unique character and an amazing balance. Cinsault, Grenache, Rolle and Tibouren Very pale pink colour. Nose of fresh fruit and citrus fruit. Fleshy palate with notes of citrus and white flowers and a long finish with salinity.

HOW TO SERVE White wines are best served chilled, at 10–12°C. Chilling a bottle from room temperature to the perfect serving temperature takes about two hours in a fridge. The sweeter the wine, the cooler it can be served.
