West Cork Single Malt Rum Cask Finished Irish Whiskey is part of a new five bottle family of single malts from West Cork Distillers. This is patiently matured in first fill bourbon casks & finished in Consorcio Licorero Nacional rum casks.

Bottled at 43%, non-chill filtered and no added colour.

Sherry, Virgin Oak, Calvados and Port make up the four other cask finishes from this series.

From there Jack Daniel's is charcoal mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal which imparts our distinct smoothness. Finally, Jack Daniel's is matured in handcrafted white oak barrels of our own making.

Swing features an elevated amount of Speyside malts, balanced by malts from the northern Highlands and Islay. On the tongue it starts off a bit sweet and then the spicy notes take affect mid-palate which exposes the smoke and peat. It has a smooth lingering smoke and spice finish. The result is a luxurious flavor that's light in the foreground, with sweet mouth-watering depth developing on the palate.
