The perfect balance for the palate of the Fine Busnel makes it an excellent calvados for initiation or use in cocktails.

Luminous yellow in color.

Fruity, clear aromas of fresh apples on the nose.

Balanced with pronounced floral accents on the palate.

Long, persistent and subtly wooded finish.

Serve as a digestive straight at room temperature.

The Fine Busnel is from a blend of different Calvados Pays dā€™Auge aged for 2 years minimum in oak barrels.

RĆ©my Martin VSOP embodies the perfect harmony of powerful and elegant aromas. It is the symbol of the Cellar Masterā€™s art of blending.

Eye:Ā Golden red amber.

Nose:Ā Base notes of vanilla due to the maturation process in French Limousin oak casks. Notes of ripe apricot, baked apple and a elegant floral aroma.

Palate:Ā Harmonious marriage between firmness of ripe fruits, subtle notes of licorice, and a great complexity of powerful, elegant aromas. The body is wonderfully structured, with multiple layers. Body has the roundness of ripe fruit with a silky texture.

RĆ©myĀ Martin XO is the signature of our Cellar Master who with his expertise blends hundreds of eaux-de-vie. His art of blending allows us to express the full aromatic complexity of this XO Cognac Fine Champagne.

Eye:Ā Dark amber.Ā 

Nose:Ā A rather smooth XO, some rich aromas of jasmine, a velvet structure, fruity candy notes.

Palate:Ā The heart is dominated by fig, and full prune, on the palate cinnamon and brioche. The finish lasts for about 10 to 15 minutes.
