Venison pressed in the winery. The must obtained is maintained in stainless steel containers at low temperature to keep its freshness. It follows the fermentation in autoclave for nearly 40 days, at a controlled temperature of 14-15° C, with the addition of selected yeasts (the Charmat method). The golden wrapped bottle protects the wine by any source of light, preserving its aroma and freshness thus giving the wine a longer life. The fruit is sourced from the best hillside vineyards across Treviso in the Veneto. Grapes are harvested slightly before full maturation to preserve acidity. The base wine is re-fermented in enclosed pressure tanks

Villa Antinori Bianco is a white that comes from the union of several grape varieties in harmony with each other, coming exclusively from the owned vineyards, which maintains the spirit and principles that characterize the production style of the Antinori house.

It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C.

The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perfume is fine and elegant, with fruity notes of banana and pineapple alternating with hints of white flowers. In the mouth it shows a balanced wine, pleasantly persistent and mineral. Ideal in the company of light fish dishes, it is excellent to combine with steamed vegetables.

On the nose intense fruity aromas of apricots, Golden apples and canned peaches blend with notes of candied fruit. Its palate is well-balanced, flavorful, fresh and supple with a fruity finish that brings back aromas perceived on the nose.
