Bottega Gold is a Prosecco D.O.C. Brut sparkling wine, a fresh and aromatic Prosecco sparkling wine.

The ideal choice for aperitif, dinners and parties. A prestigious gift for special occasions. Pale straw yellow with a clear, characteristic, fruity and flowery with scents of Golden apple, Williams pear, acacia flowers and lily of the valley.

Bottega Gold is obtained by the vinification in white of the Glera grapes, grown in the Valdobbiadene hills. This area is close to the Venetian Prealps and characterized by a climate perfect for this native variety of grape. Venison pressed in the winery. The must obtained is maintained in stainless steel containers at low temperature to keep its freshness. It follows the fermentation in autoclave for nearly 40 days, at a controlled temperature of 14-15° C, with the addition of selected yeasts (the Charmat method). The golden wrapped bottle protects the wine by any source of light, preserving its aroma and freshness thus giving the wine a longer life. Bright pink color with an intense bouquet, fragrant with strong notes of fruit and hints of violet, delicate flavor with an attractive aftertaste of ripe cherries.

The grapes: 50% corvina; 30% rondinella; 10% molinara; 10% merlot from favoured sites in the Classico DOC zone, on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda.

The vinification: the grapes are picked when perfectly ripe; 70% is vinified by the rosé wine method with contact of the skins with the must for about 24 hours and the remainder by the white wine method without skin contact. The separate fermentation ensures an ideal balance between the aromas and flavours extracted from the skins. T
