Casa Noble Añejo Tequila is a smooth, full-bodied, and complex sipping tequila known for its rich notes of vanilla, butterscotch, and sweet cooked agave, aged for two full years in new French oak barrels. 
 
Tasting Notes 
Casa Noble Añejo is praised by reviewers for its complex flavor profile and velvety mouthfeel. The extended aging process in new French white oak barrels (double the industry standard for añejos) imparts distinct characteristics without masking the core agave flavor. 

Aroma: Expect notes of dried fruits, warm spices, vanilla, and toasted oak. Reviewers also mention hints of earthiness and caramelized agave.

Taste: The palate is rich and smooth, with flavors of butterscotch, vanilla, and sweet cooked agave being prominent. Other notes include black pepper, cinnamon, and subtle hints of chocolate or coffee.

Finish: The finish is long-lasting, smooth, and balanced, evolving from black pepper to a pleasant sweetness.

Production: The tequila is made from 100% CCOF certified organic blue Weber agave, hand-harvested and slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens in the Jalisco highlands of Mexico. It is also one of the few triple-distilled tequilas, which contributes to its smoothness. 

ABV: 40%
