After extraction of essential oils from green orange peels during triple distillation, we combine distillate with the blanco expression and demineralised water. The result is beautiful vibrant liquid with aromas of freshly sliced green oranges mixed with cooked agave and slight wood notes

Clear, clean citrus freshness, followed by earthy spice and crisp bell pepper.

Bright orange in color, Cenote Green Orange Liqueur is a blend of our Blanco 100% blue agave tequila and macerated green orange peels. After extraction of essential oils from green orange peels during triple distillation, we combine distillate with the blanco expression and demineralised water. For those that howl a little differently. Our Anejo tequila is aged in American white oak barrels for 18 months.

TASTING NOTES: Filtered eight times to achieve a crystal clear color.

Aroma: Complex aroma with sweet, oak, caramel, apple, and floral notes. It embraces the perfect balance found in rare, handcrafted spirits.

Taste: Full body and mouth with cooked agave, oak, aniseed, citrus, caramel, cinnamon, and eucalyptus notes. Pleasant and smooth on the palate.

Finish: Wonderfully balanced with clean flavors and a long, lingering, spicy finish.

Warm and clean as the Jalisco sun, our 100% agave tequila is aged in bourbon barrels for 12 to 18 months.

TASTING NOTES :Bold color and full body show off vanilla and warm spice flavors.

Aroma: First pass reveals smoky white oak with subtle notes of dried fruits, plum and almonds ~ then spices and vanilla afterwards.

Taste: Full body and mouthfeel with a subtle sweetness emerging from the toasty oak, and a peppery note underneath.

Finish: A prolonged, warm finish with spice and soft alcohol notes.

This tequila is crafted using 8-12 year old 100% Weber blue agave and is matured in American and French Oak barrels for no less than six months.

This rich liquid has notes of buttery caramel, mild spices  and a touch of smokiness, which is imparted by the finishing process.
