This is a double distilled Calvados, which spends a decade-and-a-half ageing in Normandy, before being bottled. Fragrant and floral, with rich, oak-y qualities making themselves heard all the way through. Excellent after-dinner drinking if you’re looking for a refreshing change to a whisky or Cognac. Tasting Notes Calvados is distilled from apples in Normandy. This well-aged example still smells like fresh apple with complex notes of toffee and baked apple pie. Classic Grand Cavalier brandy is a legendary drink noted for its mild and long-lasting taste. It has a hint of freshly toasted bread and sweetish dried fruit. The aftertaste contains notes of cinnamon and exotic fruit.

The rich aroma of Grand Cavalier allows the brandy to stand out from others: long aging process in oak barrels provides the brandy with exclusive taste characteristics and unique aroma of flowers and nuts.
