Say hello to Evan Williams Fire. This seriously good cinnamon infused Bourbon takes the term fire in your belly to a whole new level. It’s got the hot cinnamon taste you love, with just the right amount of smooth Kentucky Bourbon blended in. 70 Proof with a light copper color, Fire brings the heat and keeps it going all night long.

Tasting Note: Light copper in color with spiey cinnamon and melon aromas. Sweet honeyed cinnamon building in spiciness on the palate.

The Macallan treated this 18 Year Old to not just one, but two cask content-types for its maturation, released as part of the Double Cask series! Oloroso sherry was used to season a combination of both American and European oak casks, with the former imparting vanilla nuances while the latter brings that hallmark Macallan spice. Another fantastic sherried single malt from the Speyside distillery!

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dried fruit, ginger and toffee. Rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg.

Palate: Rich raisin and sultana with notes of caramel, vanilla and ginger, balanced by wood spice and zesty citrus.

Finish: Warm oak spice with ginger, turning to sweet orange.

Country: Highland, Scotland ABV: 43%
