Ideal to be enjoyed neat. TASTING NOTES COLOR: Clear, bright with silver highlights. BODY: Light to medium. AROMA: Fresh aromas of orange, lemongrass, and mint. Hints of vanilla, green apple, and green tea. FLAVOR: Vanilla, meyer lemon, fresh mint, and a hint of green guava. PAIRING: Citrus-marinated white fish. Fresh cheeses (panela, mozzarella) and some aged cheeses such as Grana Padano, with cherry tomatoes and chimichurri (cilantro, oregano, and basil).Ripe strawberries with white chocolate.

For those that howl a little differently. Our Anejo tequila is aged in American white oak barrels for 18 months.

TASTING NOTES: Filtered eight times to achieve a crystal clear color.

Aroma: Complex aroma with sweet, oak, caramel, apple, and floral notes. It embraces the perfect balance found in rare, handcrafted spirits.

Taste: Full body and mouth with cooked agave, oak, aniseed, citrus, caramel, cinnamon, and eucalyptus notes. Pleasant and smooth on the palate.

Finish: Wonderfully balanced with clean flavors and a long, lingering, spicy finish.

Juarez White Tequila has a bright nose with citrus, herb and spice hints that deliver a peppery, fruit pumice palate that is crisp and dry on the finish.
