Colour: Intense amber. Body: Silky and rich body. Aroma: Woody, fruity, vanilla and toffee caramel. Taste: Cooked agave, woody, fruity, very smooth, vanilla and toffee caramel but never overwhelming. DESCRIPTION Clase Azul Reposado is an ultra-premium reposado tequila made with Tequilana Weber Blue Agave that is slow cooked in traditional stone ovens for a minimum of 72 hours. Once the agave reaches a deep, rich flavor, it is fermented with proprietary yeast prior to distillation. Once the tequila is distilled, it is aged for 8 months in hand-selected oak barrels. This process results in a superb, smooth taste which exceeds expectations with each sip.

Patrón tequilas are handcrafted at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico where people are the heart of the process - one that has remained the same since the very beginning. First, skilled jimadors uproot only the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave with the perfect sugar content and transport the heart of the plant to Hacienda Patrón. They’re then hand chopped, baked and crushed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel and a roller mill.

The agave is then fermented in pine oak tanks and distilled in small batches using copper stills. Each bottle of Patrón is a work of art, meticulously inspected, hand corked and signed.

Warm and clean as the Jalisco sun, our 100% agave tequila is aged in bourbon barrels for 12 to 18 months.

TASTING NOTES :Bold color and full body show off vanilla and warm spice flavors.

Aroma: First pass reveals smoky white oak with subtle notes of dried fruits, plum and almonds ~ then spices and vanilla afterwards.

Taste: Full body and mouthfeel with a subtle sweetness emerging from the toasty oak, and a peppery note underneath.

Finish: A prolonged, warm finish with spice and soft alcohol notes.
