A classic VSOP cognac, this is matured for between 8 and 12 years in a selection of Troncais and Limousin oak barrels.

Eye:​ The spirit is an amber colored liquid upon first glance, but once poured displays itself in more of a copper once out in the open. Tilt the glass a slow twirl and a few tilts to reveal medium-sized droplets.

Nose: ​When the cognac is distilled and aged, it begins to conjure the soft, luscious aroma of ripe peach. After several years in French fine-grained oak barrels, the spirit develops nutty notes and ages to produce a sweet, caramelized flavor of toasted almonds. The distillation on the lees is a complex process but it gives fruity and musky notes, with an aroma of jasmine.

Palate: ​The palate gives a lengthy finish.

The finish is toasted almonds, toffee, and stone fruits. A dry finish of baking spice.

Hennessy Cognac is crafted with a strict set of standards defined by the Master Blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde and handed down from generation to generation. However, when it comes to enjoying Cognac, we haven’t followed any rules since 1765. Hennessy has created extraordinary cognacs since 1765 and Hennessy Very Special represents the Tasting Committee’s unique expertise. Only the most distinctive eaux-de-vie are selected which are then carefully matured for several years in oak casks and skillfully blended to reveal their warm, full-bodied flavor. Through the nose, Hennessy V.S brings together an intense and fruity character with pleasantly oaky notes. Classic Grand Cavalier brandy is a legendary drink noted for its mild and long-lasting taste. It has a hint of freshly toasted bread and sweetish dried fruit. The aftertaste contains notes of cinnamon and exotic fruit.

The rich aroma of Grand Cavalier allows the brandy to stand out from others: long aging process in oak barrels provides the brandy with exclusive taste characteristics and unique aroma of flowers and nuts.

In 2011, this brandy was awarded a silver medal at the prestigious International Wine and Spirits Competition.

Light nose of apple, a tinge of cinnamon plus apple and butterscotch in the taste, this is a smooth, approachable and Cognac.

Pere Kermann is an absinthe made with worm wood extract. It's a bright blue shooter. Sweet, spirituous and drying with notes of mint and anise.
