Distilled in small batches, Glencadam 13 Years Old is matured in the finest hand-selected first fill American oak ex-bourbon casks. 

Bottled at 46% abv, natural colour and with no chill filtering, Glencadam 13 Years Old displays a rich, nutty and creamy flavour profile alongside the  tropical fruitiness Glencadam Single Malts Scotch Whiskies are known for; making this dram complex and well-balanced.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Creamy and inviting with aromas of bread and butter pudding, sugared almond and tangy marmalade.
Palate: Rich and oily with layers of creamy panna cotta, lotus biscuits and lemon peel and nutmeg spices.
Finish: Warming and nutty with notes of almond fingers, cocoa powder and hints of ground coffee.

The Double Cask whiskies are aged in two different content-types of oak, in hand-crafted casks that have been seasoned with dry Oloroso sherry. Tasting Notes: On the nose, butterscotch and plump raisin, with spiced apple crumble and oak spice.

On the palate, dried fruits galore, with a dusting of cinnamon, candied ginger and orange peel. More warming ginger alongside a drizzle of honey and buttery caramel on the finish.
