Tradicional¨ Silver is 100% blue agave silver tequila. It is irresistibly refined. When bottled, a special process is used to conserve its flavor and finish at freezing temperatures. This means that it can, and should, be kept chilled in the freezer and served as a crisp, smooth, frozen shot.

Tasting Notes

Jose Cuervo Tradicional Silver is bright and vibrant with honeysuckle, white pepper, and a hint of alcohol heat with zesty citrus. On the palate, the mouthfeel is light and crisp, with grapefruit, lime peel, and lychee along with hints of pepper and a light minerality on the clean finish.

Volcán De Mi Tierra Blanco is a blend of the finest agaves from the two regions (lowlands and highlands) to produce a complex, elegant liquid. Volcán De Mi Tierra reveals the richness of each terroir using different production processes: traditional and modern. This combination brings out the best in agave. TASTING Sweet notes of agave with delicate hints of grapefruit and black pepper, for a perfectly balanced liquid. SCENTS Blanco is a blend of herbaceous, lemony and spicy notes typical of the lowlands and fruity notes of cherry and pear, typical of the highlands. San Cosme Mezcal is a spirit made from the espadín agave plant, produced in the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. The production process is an art: During harvesting, the agave leaves are separated from the center of the plant. The agave hearts are then cooked underground in the traditional way, in pits that serve as ovens. This is where the aromas of the soil and smoke are absorbed, giving the mezcal its characteristic flavor.
The cooked agave is then ground using a stone mill, usually pulled by a horse or ox. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in open wooden barrels. Distillation is carried out in a copper still, a copper pot, over an open fire.

Aroma: Smoky with traces of caramel, wood and earth.
Taste: Pleasantly smoky and warm with a mixture of smoked agave and leather.
