This cabernet-syrah displays a deep ruby colour with an intense bouquet of cherry and blackcurrant, enhanced with a delicate spicy note. Beautifully balanced and well-structured, this elegant wine can be enjoyed throughout the meal with all kind of meat and cheese platters.

Colour : Clear, very intense, almost black, garnet red with purple lights.

Nose : Red fruit (cherries, blackcurrants), with notes of pepper and spices.

Palate : Fine tannic body, with notes of pepper, liquorice, fine persistence, and long taste.

Medium sweet, medium acidic, honey melon notes, orange marmalade notes, hint of honey.

TASTE Mellow and sweet whites are medium-dry or even sweet. You can discern apricot, honeydew melon and floral notes in these wines. Residual sugar rounds up the flavour.
