Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey is the world's best selling whiskey, with every bottle distilled and bottled at the Jack Daniel Distillery in Lynchburg, Tennessee, America's oldest registered distillery, established in 1866. Made from the finest corn, rye, and barley malt these choice grains are mixed with the iron-free water that flows from the Cave Spring found on the distillery grounds. From there Jack Daniel's is charcoal mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal which imparts our distinct smoothness. Finally, Jack Daniel's is matured in handcrafted white oak barrels of our own making.

The Macallan treated this 18 Year Old to not just one, but two cask content-types for its maturation, released as part of the Double Cask series! Oloroso sherry was used to season a combination of both American and European oak casks, with the former imparting vanilla nuances while the latter brings that hallmark Macallan spice. Another fantastic sherried single malt from the Speyside distillery!

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dried fruit, ginger and toffee. Rich orange with hints of clove and nutmeg.

Palate: Rich raisin and sultana with notes of caramel, vanilla and ginger, balanced by wood spice and zesty citrus.

Finish: Warm oak spice with ginger, turning to sweet orange.

Johnnie Walker® Double Black Label™ is a scotch whisky with more Islay whisky compared to the original Black Label, and it has a more intense flavor and smoke character profile while preserving the original Johnnie Walker whisky style. It's a full-bodied drink with an alcohol concentration of 40%. Its aroma hints the smell of dry oak and light stony smoke. The orange zest and apples coupled with vanilla and spices bring freshness and softness to the tongue, giving it a generally sweet taste. One of the world's most popular blends, and the best-selling Scotch whisky in Scotland. Famous Grouse is a very nicely balanced, malty blend which was first made in 1896, and would go on to be known as The Famous Grouse, with the name registered in 1905. Around eighty years later, the company was awarded a Royal Warrant. The blend represents great value for money, and it also works beautiful in whisky-based cocktails. Delicious.
