Tasting Notes Nose: Rich but balanced, reminiscent of the vibrant citrus scents of Mediterranean citrus gardens, with a light coriander spice note. Palate: Sweet and slightly syrupy sensation but in balance with the spice aromas. Rich honey feel of vanilla and cocoa powder along with notes of mint freshness. Finish: Vanilla, toffee, dark chocolate and boiled fruit filled with cream. ABV: 31% Country: Spain

Perfect pour – A summer picnic in a glass, mix 1.5 fl oz (50 ml) Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin with:1.5 fl oz (50 ml) fresh orange juice, 0.75 fl oz (25 ml) fresh lime juice, a teaspoon of honey and ice in a shaker. Shake well, pour into a coupe glass and garnish the rim with a slice of orange zest.
