Los Vecinos del Campo Ensamble No. 1 is made with 90% maguey Espadin, 5% maguey Barril and 5% maguey Madrecuishe. Aromas include chamomile, dill pickle, and roasted agave, with fragrances of green tea, hemp, palm frond, green pea and black pepper. Brilliant in color, this lively Cenote Blanco tequila is packed with bright citrus and pepper on the nose.

Continuous flavor of rich, cooked agave, spices, subtle wood, and green vegetables, are a result of mellowing the spirit in American Oak barrels for three weeks. Handmade in small batches Presented in hand-numbered glass bottles

Warm and clean as the Jalisco sun, our 100% agave tequila is aged in bourbon barrels for 12 to 18 months.

TASTING NOTES :Bold color and full body show off vanilla and warm spice flavors.

Aroma: First pass reveals smoky white oak with subtle notes of dried fruits, plum and almonds ~ then spices and vanilla afterwards.

Taste: Full body and mouthfeel with a subtle sweetness emerging from the toasty oak, and a peppery note underneath.

Finish: A prolonged, warm finish with spice and soft alcohol notes.

This tequila is crafted using 8-12 year old 100% Weber blue agave and is matured in American and French Oak barrels for no less than six months.
