Using the espadín agave variety, one of the most commonly grown in Oaxaca. The hearts of the plants are crushed by stone, naturally fermented in wooden vats and double distilled using copper pot stills, creating a beautifully balanced personality. At 90 proof, it’s incredibly sippable

Powerful aromas of baked pineapple and canned pineapple juice have an earthy core. It’s all spice up front in the mouth, quickly moving to roasted tropical fruits, tenger young ginger, and green bell peppers.

On the nose, smoked agave comes through as grilled meat with a pleasant salinity underneath while splashes of black peppercorn and savory herbs intertwine seamlessly.
