The Macallan Harmony Collection Vibrant Oak is the fourth annual limited release in the Harmony Collection, a single malt Scotch whisky created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil. It is known for its focus on the influence of American oak casks and its sustainable, repurposed packaging.

Tasting Notes

This 2024 release is matured in first-fill sherry-seasoned American oak and refill sherry casks, offering a balance of sherry character with notes of vanilla, citrus, and sweet spice.

Nose: Features notes of vanilla bean, sweet sherbet, lime zest, and pear.

Palate: Offers flavors of vanilla panna cotta, shortbread, toasted coconut, almond brittle, apple, and sweet oak.

Finish: Described as medium and sweet with lingering vanilla.

Color: Autumnal Leaf.

One of the world's most popular blends, and the best-selling Scotch whisky in Scotland. Famous Grouse is a very nicely balanced, malty blend which was first made in 1896, and would go on to be known as The Famous Grouse, with the name registered in 1905. Around eighty years later, the company was awarded a Royal Warrant. The blend represents great value for money, and it also works beautiful in whisky-based cocktails. Delicious.

Chivas Regal 12 Year Whisky is a blend of many different malt and grain Scotch whiskies, matured for at least 12 years. This rich, smooth blend balances style with substance and tradition with a modern twist.

Color: Radiant, warm amber. Nose: An aromatic infusion of wild herbs, heather, honey and orchard fruits.

Taste: Rich and fruity, Chivas bursts with the smooth taste of ripe, honeyed apples, and notes of vanilla, hazelnut and butterscotch.

Finish: Enjoy the generous, lingering finish.

Evan Williams Black Label is medium amber in color.

The nose: is light with deep vanilla and mint.

On tasting: there are notes of honey, brown sugar and caramel, with a medium to long finish!

Swing features an elevated amount of Speyside malts, balanced by malts from the northern Highlands and Islay. On the tongue it starts off a bit sweet and then the spicy notes take affect mid-palate which exposes the smoke and peat. It has a smooth lingering smoke and spice finish. The result is a luxurious flavor that's light in the foreground, with sweet mouth-watering depth developing on the palate.

Made from the finest corn, rye, and barley malt these choice grains are mixed with the iron-free water that flows from the Cave Spring found on the distillery grounds. From there Jack Daniel's is charcoal mellowed drop by drop through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal which imparts our distinct smoothness. Finally, Jack Daniel's is matured in handcrafted white oak barrels of our own making.
