Peaky Blinder Bourbon – 70 cl

A sweet and spicy bourbon from Sadler's, Peaky Blinder has aromas of cinnamon, raisins and bananas on the nose, while the palate offers notes of Christmas cake, pecans, toffee and pastry.

Tasting Note:

Nose: Honey and buttered corn, with underlying stone fruit hints.

Palate: Peach, vanilla and a hint of barrel char. Peppery heat builds alongside candied peels.

Finish: Brown sugar and gingerbread.

Swing features an elevated amount of Speyside malts, balanced by malts from the northern Highlands and Islay. On the tongue it starts off a bit sweet and then the spicy notes take affect mid-palate which exposes the smoke and peat. It has a smooth lingering smoke and spice finish.
