Discovery is a single malt whisky from New Zealand-based Pokeno distillery. A marriage of spirit matured in first-fill bourbon, oloroso, and PX sherry casks, it’s a fruity, sweet, and chocolatey sipper, and will stand out in cocktails too.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Cocoa nibs, dried figs, and cherries, with a touch of treacle and cinnamon.

Palate: Warm oak, vanilla, cocoa powder, candied orange peel, and warm spices.

Finish: Dried raisins and allspice linger.
