Rémy Martin XO is the signature of our Cellar Master who with his expertise blends hundreds of eaux-de-vie. His art of blending allows us to express the full aromatic complexity of this XO Cognac Fine Champagne.

Eye: Dark amber. 

Nose: A rather smooth XO, some rich aromas of jasmine, a velvet structure, fruity candy notes.

Palate: The heart is dominated by fig, and full prune, on the palate cinnamon and brioche. The finish lasts for about 10 to 15 minutes.

TASTING NOTE: As you get ensnared by its sensuous charms, the siren-like fresh aroma and notes of citrus and pink grapefruit are only bettered by its smooth and creamy feel on the palate. The flavour is complex, with layers of fruity flavours; testament to the Provence region it comes from. The Fine Busnel is from a blend of different Calvados Pays d’Auge aged for 2 years minimum in oak barrels.

Pere Kermann is an absinthe made with worm wood extract. It's a bright blue shooter. Sweet, spirituous and drying with notes of mint and anise.

Light nose of apple, a tinge of cinnamon plus apple and butterscotch in the taste, this is a smooth, approachable and Cognac.

Playful, bright and straight forward with a soft vanilla finish.
