The Saint George Barbera is a specific wine produced in Jordan. It is made from 100% Barbera grapes, an Italian red wine variety known for its deep color, full body, and high acidity. 
 
Tasting Notes
  • Aroma: Deep violet color, almost pitch black, with garnet hints. Primary aromas include candied brandy cherry, dried blueberry, and blackberry jam, with tertiary notes of undergrowth, rubber, and smoke.
  • Palate: Round and bold with structured tannins. Flavors of ripe cherry and black plum are followed by subtle notes of roasted almonds and toffee.
  • Finish: The wine is dry and full-bodied with a focused texture and an elegant finish. 
 
Serving Suggestions
  • Pairings: Its medium-to-high acidity makes it a great companion to red sauce dishes, pizza, pastas, mushroom dishes, and medium-strength blue cheese. It also pairs well with Osso Bucco, T-Bone steak, and Lasagnas.
  • Serving Temperature: It is recommended to serve this red wine at 16-18°C (60-65°F).

Our light session-able golden ale is a dry and a refreshing brew. Approximating a lager in overall character and might be an alternative to the Pilsner style lager.

Cracker-y Light body with reminisces of honey and a slight toasty & earthy flavor.

Low bitterness and a light orange fruity aroma.

Light yellow to golden blonde color.

Med to high carbonation.

Arak Haddad Zahra (Elite) is the prime capture of distilling Arak in the still and re-distilling it for the fourth time to give the most complex part of the anise character. Zahra is further aged in special wooden barrels to provide a mature finish worth celebrating.

Zahra is full bodied with very rich character yet smooth for drinking, best served with water and ice and goes well with Mediterranean food.
