The fruit is sourced from the best hillside vineyards across Treviso in the Veneto. Grapes are harvested slightly before full maturation to preserve acidity. The base wine is re-fermented in enclosed pressure tanks

Melini puts its signature to Chianti Governo all'Uso Toscano which has sprung from the rediscovery of a fascinating traditional method based on slow refermenting the wine when it has just been drawn off along with raisined grapes.

Chianti Superiore Santa Cristina is ruby red with purplish highlights.

On the nose it is complex with fruity notes of morello cherries, dried plums and hay. Its palate is soft, mouth filling with velvety tannins and a long savory finish.

Lamberti Merlot grows well in vineyards situated on the banks of Lake Garda, near Verona and in the region of Trentino. Bright ruby red colour, dry, balanced and soft to the palate, this is an exceptional wine for any occasion.
