Solandia Nero d'Avola, Nero d’Avola is a grape variety native to Sicily. With its dark, ripe-berried fruit and a hint of liquorice and vanilla spice, it shows a similarity in style to Shiraz. This wonderful red Wine from Solandia is grown in Sicilia. This wine is exclusive to Matthew Clark, you won't find it at multiple retailers. Bright pink color with an intense bouquet, fragrant with strong notes of fruit and hints of violet, delicate flavor with an attractive aftertaste of ripe cherries.

The grapes: 50% corvina; 30% rondinella; 10% molinara; 10% merlot from favoured sites in the Classico DOC zone, on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda.

The vinification: the grapes are picked when perfectly ripe; 70% is vinified by the rosé wine method with contact of the skins with the must for about 24 hours and the remainder by the white wine method without skin contact. The separate fermentation ensures an ideal balance between the aromas and flavours extracted from the skins. T

he wine: bright pink colour; intense bouquet, fragrant with strong notes of fruit and hints of violet, delicate flavour with an attractive aftertaste of ripe cherries.

Villa Antinori Bianco is a white that comes from the union of several grape varieties in harmony with each other, coming exclusively from the owned vineyards, which maintains the spirit and principles that characterize the production style of the Antinori house.

It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C.

The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perfume is fine and elegant, with fruity notes of banana and pineapple alternating with hints of white flowers. In the mouth it shows a balanced wine, pleasantly persistent and mineral. Ideal in the company of light fish dishes, it is excellent to combine with steamed vegetables.

Bardolino Classico is a red wine produced from the traditional (Classico) vineyard area at the heart of the Bardolino DOC in Veneto, north-eastern Italy.

Both of these appellations are based on the red grape varieties also associated with Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.
