Palate: Juicy and richly textured wine with soft, silky tannins and a good aftertaste.
Temperature :Between 16° and 18°
Breeding / Guard: 60% of the wine was aged for 10 months in contact with French oak.
The rest of the wine was kept in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fresh/fruit component.
