We wanted to create a strong, emotional rum, full of details, striking in both design and flavour. This particular spirit will challenge the usual perception of rum. In flavor it will be round, sweet and smooth. As our rum comes from the Caribbean, we enriched our design with plenty of colourful birds and plants from the area. Our basic rums -white and dark- would be a perfect companion for cocktails.

Negrita is a blended rum which is distilled on the French islands of Reunion, Guadeloupe, and Martinique in the Caribbean. It is made from sugar cane juice, not molasses

White rum "Soccaron" French producer Les Grands Chais de France is made on the French Caribbean islands. Fermented sugar cane juice is distilled to give the rum alcohol. Then rum vydezhivayut in steel drums and as a result get crystal clear drink.

Dead Man's Fingers Coconut Rum is made using a blend of Caribbean Rums as well as spices that have been added. It is created by The Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, which serves fresh sea food with Rum! This particular drink is produced around the brilliant, tropical flavour of Coconuts, which can be enjoyed neat, or mixed in various drinks!

Describing itself as 'the rum for bourbon drinkers. Bayou Select is copper pot distilled from Louisiana sugarcane and then aged in the Solera method for up to three years. The result is a creamy rum with a bourbon-esque character, accompanied by notes of cinnamon and maple. The Solera method involves a pyramid of stacked barrels. The oldest liquid is in the bottom layer of barrels, the youngest in the top. When a batch is harvested it is filled solely from some of the bottom layer, and those barrels are then topped up with rum from the layer resting on top of them. This second layer is, in turn, topped up with the contents of the third layer, and so on. This process is a way of naturally blending spirits for consistent taste and quality.
