AROMA With THE WISEMAN Bourbon the first thing you discover is a sweet caramel aroma, followed by a warming allspice lift, a sprinkling of citrus and a hint of oak.

PALATETHE WISEMAN Bourbon offers caramel and allspice which present an excellent flavor as the mildly silky liquid crosses the tongue. The allspice sticks around for a longer finish with caramel.

Say hello to Evan Williams Fire. This seriously good cinnamon infused Bourbon takes the term fire in your belly to a whole new level. It’s got the hot cinnamon taste you love, with just the right amount of smooth Kentucky Bourbon blended in. 70 Proof with a light copper color, Fire brings the heat and keeps it going all night long.

Tasting Note: Light copper in color with spiey cinnamon and melon aromas. Sweet honeyed cinnamon building in spiciness on the palate.

The grapes for Gallo Family Vineyards Merlot were harvested at optimum ripeness, which allowed for easy extraction of rich color and velvety tannins. The winemaker selected aromatic yeast strains and employed a warm fermentation process, which has resulted in a wine with more flavor and fruitier aromatics.

A Grain-Focused Malt Whiskey Unlike a typical 100% malt whiskey, is a Kentucky Straight Malt Whiskey crafted from 51% malt and aged in new charred oak barrels, making it the malt whiskey for bourbon drinkers.

A premium version of Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey, Gentleman Jack exhibits impressive complexity and flavour. The main difference is that it enjoys a 'double mellowing' as it's filtered through charcoal both before being filled into the barrel (the Lincoln County Process) and before it's bottled. Jameson Irish Whiskey boasts a perfectly balanced flavor profile with spicy, nutty and sweet notes.

The nose is lightly floral and peppered with spice, making this one of the most broadly appealing whiskeys on the market.
