Using the finest blue agave plant and a time-honored distillation process, Don Julio Blanco Tequila is tequila in its truest form. Warm and clean as the Jalisco sun, our 100% agave tequila is aged in bourbon barrels for 12 to 18 months.

TASTING NOTES :Bold color and full body show off vanilla and warm spice flavors.

Aroma: First pass reveals smoky white oak with subtle notes of dried fruits, plum and almonds ~ then spices and vanilla afterwards.

Taste: Full body and mouthfeel with a subtle sweetness emerging from the toasty oak, and a peppery note underneath.

It is not aged in oak barrels, and gets a golden hue due to the addition of caramel. Patrón Añejo is handcrafted from the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave and is carefully distilled in small batches at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's then aged in a combination of French oak, Hungarian oak and used American whiskey barrels.
