Corte Vigna Pinot Grigio Rose

A slightly medium-dry rosé. The colour comes from the natural skin pigmentation which is extracted during a short maceration prior to fermentation. Fermented in stainless steel to produce a most attractive medium-dry wine.

The fruit is sourced from the best hillside vineyards across Treviso in the Veneto. Grapes are harvested slightly before full maturation to preserve acidity. The base wine is re-fermented in enclosed pressure tanks

Bardolino Classico is a red wine produced from the traditional (Classico) vineyard area at the heart of the Bardolino DOC in Veneto, north-eastern Italy.

Both of these appellations are based on the red grape varieties also associated with Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.
