Inspired by legendary tales from San Luis Potosí, the spirit and decanter of our newest icon capture the essence of this state's desert slopes and valleys. Its mezcal is made with green agave, a plant native to the deserts in the state of San Luis Potosí. 43% ABV COLOR: crystal clear with silver highlights BODY: full body AROMA: cooked agave, caramel, green chile, sweet fruit and freshly cut grass with subtle aromas of wildflowers PALATE: herbal front with hints of caramel, lime zest and clove, with a mineral and spiced aftertaste.

For those that howl a little differently. Our Anejo tequila is aged in American white oak barrels for 18 months.

TASTING NOTES: Filtered eight times to achieve a crystal clear color.

Aroma: Complex aroma with sweet, oak, caramel, apple, and floral notes. It embraces the perfect balance found in rare, handcrafted spirits.

Taste: Full body and mouth with cooked agave, oak, aniseed, citrus, caramel, cinnamon, and eucalyptus notes. Pleasant and smooth on the palate.

Finish: Wonderfully balanced with clean flavors and a long, lingering, spicy finish.

This tequila is crafted using 8-12 year old 100% Weber blue agave and is matured in American and French Oak barrels for no less than six months.
