The Saint George WMS Pinot Noir is a red wine from Jordan produced by Zumot, featuring notes of red fruits, leather, and minerality. The WMS stands for Winemaker's Selection. 
 
Tasting Notes
  • Nose: Aromas of leather and crushed red rose petals, smoked meat, notes of undergrowth, flint and granite. Other descriptions mention strawberry, raspberry, and a hint of forest floor.
  • Palate: The palate is described as dry and sharp, with a pleasant smokiness, followed by balanced tannins and minerality. Flavors can include red cherry and cranberry. It is medium-bodied and expressive.
  • Alcohol Content: The alcohol percentage is listed as 16%. 
 
Food Pairings
The wine pairs well with a variety of dishes, including: 
  • Korean style marinated sirloin
  • Short ribs ragout
  • Chocolate fondue

Cazcabel Añejo Tequila is a premium aged tequila that masterfully combines the bold earthiness of traditional blue weber agave with the refined complexity of American oak barrel aging. Rested for over 12 months, this Añejo expression from the Cazcabel Tequila range delivers a rich and sophisticated sipping experience that rivals some of the best aged spirits in the world.

Crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, and named after the mythical 'Cazcabel' (the Snake King), this tequila embodies heritage, patience, and the power of time-honoured distillation techniques.

Tasting Notes
Nose: Deep and aromatic with notes of roasted agave, vanilla, warm oak, and a hint of cacao. Subtle spices and dried fruit—think raisins and figs—add further depth.

Palate: Velvety smooth and well-balanced. Flavors of dark caramel, toasted oak, and cinnamon unfold alongside black pepper, chocolate, and a whisper of leather. The agave core remains vibrant throughout.

Finish: Long and warming, with lingering oak spice, smoky sweetness, and soft vanilla undertones.

The Saint George WMS Touriga Nacional is a dry, full-bodied red wine produced in Jordan by the winery known as Saint George/Zumot. "WMS" stands for Winemaker's Selection. 
 
Tasting Notes
  • Color: Deep garnet color with some ruby or orange reflections.
  • Nose: Aromatic with spicy candied violet, cinnamon, clove, smoky notes, ripe raspberry, and black plum.
  • Palate: Fresh and juicy with notes of toasty oak, licorice, coffee, and cacao seeds. It features supple, well-balanced tannins, a full body, and a long, savory finish. 
 
Characteristics
  • Origin: Produced in Jordan, with its unique location imbuing the wine with distinct characteristics.
  • Grape Variety: Touriga Nacional, a thick-skinned grape variety from Portugal, known for its intense color, tannins, and aging potential.
  • Style: A full-bodied, dry red wine with rich fruit flavors (dark fruits, plum, cherry, blackcurrant) and spicy undertones.
  • Pairings: The robust tannins and intense flavors pair well with strong, grilled, or roasted red meats, game, and aged or hard cheeses like aged cheddar, manchego, or pecorino.
