Clase Azul Ultra Extra Añejo – 70 cl

Note: Delivery Next Day

Clase Azul Ultra Extra Añejo is the crown jewel and most premium expression of the famous Mexican tequila brand, Clase Azul Mexico. Highly coveted by collectors and connoisseurs, this ultra-luxury spirit is produced in limited numbered batches of only 100 bottles at a time.

The Tequila

Crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave harvested in Los Altos de Jalisco, this liquid undergoes a meticulous production process before its signature maturation.

• The Aging Process: It is aged for a total of five years. The spirit begins its journey in American whiskey casks and completes its maturation in Spanish sherry casks (including Oloroso, Amontillado, and Pedro Ximénez varieties).
• Color: Deep, dark amber with elegant copper highlights.
• Flavor Profile: The dual-cask finish lends it a profile more akin to a fine single-malt scotch or rare cognac than a standard tequila. It is rich and full-bodied, expressing strong notes of dried plum, apricot, cherry, maple syrup, toasted hazelnut, vanilla, and caramelized ginger.

The Decanter

True to the brand's heritage, the bottle is a handmade ceramic artwork requiring immense skill.

• Precious Metals: The striking, sheer black bottle is meticulously painted freehand using pure platinum, sterling silver, and 24-karat gold.
• Fired Blind: Master artisans sketch the signature feathered motif entirely from memory. The platinum brushstrokes remain invisible to the naked eye until the ceramic is fired in the kiln.
