TASTING NOTES: A very intense Nose with smoky, toasted notes of tobacco and black pepper. Intense floral aromas reveal themselves on the second Nose. The attack is full and very powerful, leading into a highly structured mid-Taste. The Finish is long and deeply tannic, with final aromas of cherry and leather.

FOOD PAIRING: Chateau Brane Cantenac is best served at 15.5 degrees Celsius, 60 degrees Fahrenheit. The cool, almost cellar temperature gives the wine more freshness and lift.
