Like its white counterpart, grapes are sourced from gentle, south-facing slopes. Ageing takes place in 85% in concrete to preserve the clarity of the fruit.
The nose is filled with violets and blackcurrants, with a gentle hint of confit blueberry, while the palate brings layers of juicy but elegant blackberries and raspberries.
Silky and refined, this is a benchmark Crozes-Hermitage.
