Martell VSOP (Very Superior Old Pale) is a cognac blended from old eaux-de-vie chosen from amongst the best crus in the Cognacregion. L'Or de Jean Martell is a blend of crus from the Les Borderies and Grande Champagne regions.

Tasting's Notes: Golden amber.

Bittersweet softness: lime and liquorice.

Crystallised fruit: quince, raisin and plum.

Spring undergrowth: fresh notes of oak wood (fine grain and hazelnut). Soft, mellow and complex with crystallised-fruit notes.

Martell VSOP Médaillon cognac has an ample, round body. Long finish.

Hennessy Cognac is crafted with a strict set of standards defined by the Master Blender Renaud Fillioux de Gironde and handed down from generation to generation. However, when it comes to enjoying Cognac, we haven’t followed any rules since 1765. Hennessy has created extraordinary cognacs since 1765 and Hennessy Very Special represents the Tasting Committee’s unique expertise. Rémy Martin XO is the signature of our Cellar Master who with his expertise blends hundreds of eaux-de-vie. His art of blending allows us to express the full aromatic complexity of this XO Cognac Fine Champagne.

Eye: Dark amber.

Nose: A rather smooth XO, some rich aromas of jasmine, a velvet structure, fruity candy notes.

Palate: The heart is dominated by fig, and full prune, on the palate cinnamon and brioche. The finish lasts for about 10 to 15 minutes.
