Relaunched under a new name, Asbach's popular 3 year old German grape brandy, formerly known as 'Uralt', is matured in Limousin oak casks and has a fruity, tangy character.

Rémy Martin XO is the signature of our Cellar Master who with his expertise blends hundreds of eaux-de-vie. His art of blending allows us to express the full aromatic complexity of this XO Cognac Fine Champagne.

Eye: Dark amber. 

Nose: A rather smooth XO, some rich aromas of jasmine, a velvet structure, fruity candy notes.

Palate: The heart is dominated by fig, and full prune, on the palate cinnamon and brioche. The finish lasts for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Armagnac Saint Vivant is a brandy with a very special, very aromatic flavour. The Armagnac was the first French schnapps and is said to be more than 700 years old. For this reason, it is considered the oldest distillate in Europe. The Saint Vivant will explain it to you through its excellent taste that will lead you to savour a piece of history.

TASTING NOTE:

Color: Has an attractive amber colour with mahogany hues.

Smell: Exquisite aromas of prunes mixed with vanilla, caramel, violets and some spicy notes.

Taste: It has a complex entry due to its dense texture and aromatic character. On the palate: the power of alcohol is felt intertwined with caramelized fruit essences, which are rounded off with notes of leather, wood and tobacco.

Winery located in the French commune of Condom, in the department of Gers. In 1975 it was acquired by the La Martiniquaise group of companies.

ELABORATION DETAILS: This magnificent Armagnac comes from the distillation of wines made with different varietals of white grapes from the region of Gascony, among which are Ugni Blanche, Baco and Folle Blanche.

The fruits are fermented and then distilled in traditional copper stills. Finally, the liqueur is left to mature for a year in French oak barrels. The entire production process takes place in the commune of Condom-en-Armagnac, located in the southwest of France, which has had the Bas-Armagnac designation of origin since 1936 to make this content-type of liqueur. Another peculiarity of this distillate is its incredible presentation of the traditional bottle with a sloping neck.

ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 40%

In 1946, despite a difficult and turbulent time in history, Miguel Torres Carbó created Torres 10, Brandy Torres's flagship brand. The careful selection of grapes, distillation and prolonged aging in top-quality oak casks make Torres 10 a spirit of extraordinary flavor and aroma; characteristics that have made it the most widely sold Brandy Gran Reserva in the world. The aging process uses the Solera System, which gently blends the spirits as they age. This dynamic system allows for consistent, balanced aging, because the vintages blend continuously.

Doing so maintains the freshest expression of varietal character as the newly distilled spirit blends with older brandies to acquire depth and structure.

The resulting spirit is aromatic, intense, expressive, structured and voluptuous.

The palate reveals silky, unctuous notes that gain structure and firmness from the tannins imparted by the wood during prolonged aging.

Taste: Torres 10- Gran Reserva is one of our finest brandies. We have been producing it for generations. After distillation, Torres 10 - Gran Reserva is aged in our famous family celler in hand-made oak barrels, using the renowned Spanish Solera System. After long and careful ageing, we are able to obtain the fine, distinctive character of a very noble brandy. Only then can we call it a Gran Reserva.

The blend of soleras displays a fine topaz colour, an intense bouquet of dried fruits with warm hints of cinnamon and an extremely smooth palate.
