It's a full-bodied drink with an alcohol concentration of 40%. Its aroma hints the smell of dry oak and light stony smoke. The orange zest and apples coupled with vanilla and spices bring freshness and softness to the tongue, giving it a generally sweet taste. Nose: Some dark honey, caramel, allspice, cooked apples and pear drops.

Palate: Crisp apples now, nougat, more honey, subtle vanilla, perhaps even some tarragon.

Finish: Clean and quite short.
