A rich and elegant Amarone from one of Valpolicella’s most historic producers, Cantina di Negrar. Crafted from a traditional blend of 70% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, and 15% Rondinella, the grapes are carefully hand-picked and undergo the classic appassimento drying process to concentrate their aromas and flavors.

Deep ruby red in color, it opens with intense notes of ripe cherries, dried plums, and sweet spices, followed by hints of cocoa and tobacco. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, with a perfect balance of richness and freshness, leading to a long, elegant finish.

Aged for over 18 months in French oak barrels, this Amarone delivers remarkable depth and harmony, with excellent potential for aging.

Perfect Pairings: Braised beef, lamb, mature cheeses, or dark chocolate desserts.

Serving Temperature: 16 – 18 °C. Decant before serving for best expression.

Bardolino Classico is a red wine produced from the traditional (Classico) vineyard area at the heart of the Bardolino DOC in Veneto, north-eastern Italy.

Both of these appellations are based on the red grape varieties also associated with Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.

Villa Antinori Bianco is a white that comes from the union of several grape varieties in harmony with each other, coming exclusively from the owned vineyards, which maintains the spirit and principles that characterize the production style of the Antinori house.

It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C.

The wine then ages in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve its freshness and aromatic composition. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The perfume is fine and elegant, with fruity notes of banana and pineapple alternating with hints of white flowers. In the mouth it shows a balanced wine, pleasantly persistent and mineral. Ideal in the company of light fish dishes, it is excellent to combine with steamed vegetables.

Santa Cristina Toscana shows a ruby red colour with purple highlights.
