Blend : Produced mainly from native vines, including Corvina (60%), Corvinone (15%) and Rondinella (15%), with a residual 10% of other varieties as required by the DOCG regulations.
Region/Area : Veneto, Italy, specifically from the historic Valpolicella Classica area.
Alcohol content : 13% vol. (Note: The “Ripasso” version usually has a slightly higher alcohol content, around 13.5%).
Serving temperature : It is recommended to serve at 14-16°C.
