Cazcabel Blanco Tequila is a classic Blanco created from the sun-baked Blue Weber agave from Jalisco and named after a legendary medicine man known as Don Cazcabel.

Using agaves grown for over 7 years, they steam the piñas in autoclaves. Once cooked, they ferment in tanks with naturally occurring yeasts for 10 days before distilling in a combination of copper pot and steel stills. The spirit is chill-filtered.

About: Cazcabel is fresh, smooth and well balanced, it has notes of earthy agave and citrus. It’s very slightly smoky on the finish. They suggest adding this to a ‘Tequila Spritz’ with Aperol, grapefruit and Prosecco.

A faithful student of Toltec, Olmec and Aztec traditions, Don Cazcabel’s Tequila recipes use only the best natural ingredients.

Cazcabel Tequila is created in an independent micro distillery in the town of Arandas, located in the highlands of the Jalisco mountains in Mexico.

Using the finest blue agave plant and a time-honored distillation process, Don Julio Blanco Tequila is tequila in its truest form. Patrón tequilas are handcrafted at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico where people are the heart of the process - one that has remained the same since the very beginning. First, skilled jimadors uproot only the finest 100% Weber Blue Agave with the perfect sugar content and transport the heart of the plant to Hacienda Patrón. They’re then hand chopped, baked and crushed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel and a roller mill.

The agave is then fermented in pine oak tanks and distilled in small batches using copper stills. Each bottle of Patrón is a work of art, meticulously inspected, hand corked and signed.

Juarez Gold Tequila has a smoky, almond and tea nose that delivers a tart, slightly peppery and lightly citrused palate with a finish that is dry with peppercorn and spice.

This tequila is crafted using 8-12 year old 100% Weber blue agave and is matured in American and French Oak barrels for no less than six months.

This rich liquid has notes of buttery caramel, mild spices and a touch of smokiness, which is imparted by the finishing process.
