Cazcabel Reposado balances the beautiful, clean and earthy agave flavour of their double distilled Blanco, with the complex but subtle aromas of toasted Oak.

On the nose agave notes with a touch of eucalyptus emerge alongside hints of white pepper, caramel and toasted oak. To taste there’s earthy agave, vanilla, oak and a jalapeño tingle.

About: Cazcabel Reposado uses 100% locally grown, blue weber agave which grow for around 7 years before harvesting. Once distilled, it’s rested in American oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months.

A faithful student of Toltec, Olmec and Aztec traditions, Don Cazcabel’s Tequila recipes use only the best natural ingredients.

Cazcabel Tequila is created in an independent micro distillery in the town of Arandas, located in the highlands of the Jalisco mountains in Mexico.

Using the finest blue agave plant and a time-honored distillation process, Don Julio Blanco Tequila is tequila in its truest form. Commonly referred to as “silver” tequila, the crisp agave flavor and hints of citrus make our blanco tequila an essential component to a variety of innovative drinks. Warm and clean as the Jalisco sun, our 100% agave tequila is aged in bourbon barrels for 12 to 18 months.

TASTING NOTES :Bold color and full body show off vanilla and warm spice flavors.

Aroma: First pass reveals smoky white oak with subtle notes of dried fruits, plum and almonds ~ then spices and vanilla afterwards.

Taste: Full body and mouthfeel with a subtle sweetness emerging from the toasty oak, and a peppery note underneath.
