Cipriani Giulietta Prosecco

Giulietta is a Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Docg Brut.

The Vineyards are located in the hills of northern Italy, near Venice. These vineyards are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The wide temperature variation between day and night creates an ideal microclimate that gives the wine an unmistakable finesse, pleasant freshness and intense aromas of golden apple and acacia flowers. In addition to normal growing practices, to allow the grapes to ripen optimally, the branches are carefully trimmed.

Production is kept very low to have grapes rich in aromas and aromas.

Grapes: Glera.

Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.

Color: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Nose: Fruity aromas with pleasant notes of golden apples and acacia flowers.

Taste: Harmonious flavor, medium body and strong personality.

Tasting Notes

Concentrated, vivid ruby red colour. Pervasive, complex aromas with marked ripe fruit (Morello cherries and raspberries) and pleasing flor notes (irises and Parma violets). Rounded, full-bodied, soft and fruity flavor, very tangy and harmonious.

Bright pink color with an intense bouquet, fragrant with strong notes of fruit and hints of violet, delicate flavor with an attractive aftertaste of ripe cherries.

The grapes: 50% corvina; 30% rondinella; 10% molinara; 10% merlot from favoured sites in the Classico DOC zone, on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda.

The vinification: the grapes are picked when perfectly ripe; 70% is vinified by the rosé wine method with contact of the skins with the must for about 24 hours and the remainder by the white wine method without skin contact. The separate fermentation ensures an ideal balance between the aromas and flavours extracted from the skins. T

Bardolino Classico is a red wine produced from the traditional (Classico) vineyard area at the heart of the Bardolino DOC in Veneto, north-eastern Italy.

Both of these appellations are based on the red grape varieties also associated with Valpolicella: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.

TASTE: Light to medium body, canned sour cherries, still quite good acidity, red currant, medium finish.
