Perfect pour – A summer picnic in a glass, mix 1.5 fl oz (50 ml) Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin with:1.5 fl oz (50 ml) fresh orange juice, 0.75 fl oz (25 ml) fresh lime juice, a teaspoon of honey and ice in a shaker. Shake well, pour into a coupe glass and garnish the rim with a slice of orange zest.

After extraction of essential oils from green orange peels during triple distillation, we combine distillate with the blanco expression and demineralised water.
