Its botanicals includin ground ivy, bladderwrack and scurvygrass contribute to a gin with distinctive minerality.

Tasting Characteristics

On the nose it is fresh, with more elements of flowers than juniper. In the mouth it is balanced, with sweet minerality and notes of grass and spices. In the aftertaste it is slightly sweet.

Its difference lies in the use of herbs and plants that grow only on the shores of the North Sea, such as scurvy grass, ground ivy and bladderwrack.
