Young and fresh with distinct fruity aromas of white peach, mirabelle and notes of lime and fresh kiwi. Smooth on the palate with fruit aromas of white peach and yellow apple. Fresh and balanced with a hint of residual sweetness. The typical Riesling minerality enhances the depth of the wine.

Chardonnay accounts for 10 to 20 percent, including a portion of reserve wines that may be providing the oceanic, oyster-shell notes that bring to mind Champagne's Kimmeridgean limestone. Venison pressed in the winery. The must obtained is maintained in stainless steel containers at low temperature to keep its freshness. It follows the fermentation in autoclave for nearly 40 days, at a controlled temperature of 14-15° C, with the addition of selected yeasts (the Charmat method). The golden wrapped bottle protects the wine by any source of light, preserving its aroma and freshness thus giving the wine a longer life.
