This is the journey that results in a great sparkling wine with the typical delicately sweet aromas and a noble, finely beaded mousse.

Hans Baer Pinot  is ruby red in colour with fruit, like dark berries on the nose. On the palate is of dark berries, velvety soft with a pleasant spiciness. Goes wonderfully with boeuf bourginon, grilled meat and cheese.
