Aperol is an Italian aperitif. Aperitifs are dry rather than sweet alcoholic beverages, typically served before eating to help to stimulate an appetite. Villa Antinori Bianco is a white that comes from the union of several grape varieties in harmony with each other, coming exclusively from the owned vineyards, which maintains the spirit and principles that characterize the production style of the Antinori house.

It is produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia, Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio and a small part of Riesling Renano, whose harvest takes place entirely by hand in the third decade of August. After a very soft pressing of the grapes, the must is transferred to steel where fermentation starts at a temperature that does not exceed 18 ° C.
